Over the last few years we have experienced ongoing problems with leaks which caused disruption to our workplace. Coupled with the issue our meeting room has an atrium style room which lets in natural light. Since the work was carried out the leaks have been resolved, and the internal water damage has been fixed.
It was refreshing to have a good service and the work was carried out with minimal fuss. Terry has explained that the membrane used to waterproof the metal roof will also reduce the power consumption due to the air-conditioning functioning more efficiently – we are continuing to monitor the power bills.
