Problem:

-Concrete cracking due to water ingress/ aged concrete structure. Tasked to repair cracks and waterproof concrete roof.

-Significant leaks into work, patron areas causing health and safety hazard.

End Result:

-All cracks treated and filled with cementitious filler.

-Sealed with polyurethane sealant and waterproofing membrane.

-Finally sealed and coated with 2 coats of CoolBond^® waterproofing membrane.
